He was born and raised in the Denver metropolitan area. He received his bachelor of arts from the University of Colorado and his law degree from the University of Denver.

Before becoming an attorney, Eric found his calling through competitive cycling. His determination led him to compete in races across the country, including several national championships. Eric’s interest in the law began after being severely injured when he was hit by a car on a training ride. After hiring an attorney, he quickly learned about the process of a case through firsthand experience. While this was a difficult way to be introduced to the field, he is a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. He became inspired by the experience and by his attorney’s representation to follow a similar path: to become an attorney so that he could help clients navigate the complex legal process, just as his attorney helped him. He is passionate about advocating for individuals who have been injured and have been treated unfairly by employers and insurance companies.

Soon after obtaining his law degree, Eric wasted no time in stepping into the legal arena. He joined the largest personal injury law firm in Colorado. He quickly proved his worth by securing six-figure settlements and favorable verdicts for clients. Eric is now proud to be part of Arckey & Associates.
